Hi All

I was wondering if anyone else had bad service when dealiong with Pegaso. I bought a kit with parts missing and have had no avail in getting it sorted. Consequentley I am loath to buy anymore kits from them.

I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions by email and have had nothing back at all. I find this deplorable from any company.

I have finally tonight tried using babelfish to translate it into italian see if that helps

I do doubt it though

Hi Robin
If i've had problems in the past and have ordered the figure through Historex Agents i've found that they can get a response and get things sorted out with no difficulties. They'll listen to Historex for sure

Hi Robin, I have never had a problem with Pegaso, They have always given me good service and fast responses.

If you need a letter translated in Italian, I would be happy to do it for you.

Cheers
Roc. :)

Well it seems this time they got my mail.

After the reply I got I won't be buying anymore Pegaso figures, infact I feel like throwing all mine in the bin.

They're not very good at responding to emails, in English at least, are they?

Sorry for your bad experience Robin!

Einion

Thanks Einion

You could say that about them replying, I hoped it was just a misunderstanding and a language gap but seems not.

Regards

I get a problem too, but I cant say theres no service.
I emailed them an get a response and a little bit later a package with the missed certificate.
Maybe it has been done with the price of the figure(Is that right pronounced?)

I have no experience re missing parts etc. but I did contact them regarding researching a couple of obscure Italian regiments from the 18th & 19th centuries and they were extremely helpful putting me in contact with a couple of guys who were able to sort me out with information and pictures.

After the reply I got I won't be buying anymore Pegaso figures
Can I ask what happens (or what kind of relpy you got) exactly ? After a 'succesful' experience with the web site of Andrea, I was thinking doing the same with Pegaso.

That’s strange. I’ve dealt with Pegaso on several occasions for replacement parts. On each occasion, Luca’s customer service was nothing less than outstanding. How did you word your e-mail? If you sent it in English, there’s always that chance of a language barrier.......

Out of respect I don't think I should post emails here either from me to them or the otherway.

Suffice to say we have agreed to disagree.

I will get my part which is good news, but I feel that I will have to pass any future releases, shame cos I like some of the figures.

Hi Robin

Forgive my ignorance, but this realy sounds like a misunderstanding, compounded by the language devide. I have fortunately not experienced this with Pegaso. Its just a shame that this has tarnished your opinion of Pegaso, as you have said, they do produce some fabulous figures. It does sound very odd and unusuall for there to pieces missing from the kit.

But maybe in time the differences could be resolved...
