Believe me, Tim, it's MY pleasure. As I mentioned in my emails to Dan, it is refreshing to see a company take pride in all aspects of their product. I'm not known for gushing--quite the contrary--but when a company does right by its customers, well, that is cause to open the taps! 
Next week is shaping-up to be an ugly one at work, but a look at Euryalia gives me something to look forward to. If her name is any hint at all, this ought to be something!
