Barbarian shield

Hello guys,
I'm painting the 75mm. Germanic warrior and I'm trying to find a good, but expecially a right, figure to paint on the shield.
The painting guide suggests some totemic animals but till now I haven't find on the web a good site where to find some inspiration and some images.
Can someone help me to find the right drawing?
... not obligatorily a totemic animal...

We had a query over on MedRom last week about the same thing. The best we were able to come up with was besides the totemic animals, stars and crescent moons were also possibilities.

Thank you all for the answers, trying with more keywords I have discovered this site with some very good examples of ancient shields.
