The biggest problem. . . attaching all the bridle parts.
Yes! I’m not sure there’s an easy answer except ‘softly, softly catchee monkey’. There seems to be lots of debate about the best material to use but I use ordinary copier paper that’s then painted with liquid plastic which once primed takes paint very well and is relatively easy to manipulate into the required place. The bridles on Historex horses are OK by and large so there’s only really the reins, the snaffle rein and the leading rein to think about. Be as slow and methodical as you can and if you hurl the whole sticky mess across the room in desperation and disgust - join the club, we’ve all been there. Keep at it - it’s just practise and experience.
