base for bust

hi guys
i'm looking for a base in something like onyx to put a bust on can anyone point me in the right direction

For an unusual base material like onyx I would try e-bay, in the ornaments section.

I thought eBay first too but I think you're better off looking on a trophy site, found this one and prices seem very reasonable but no idea of the shipping costs.

Depending on how much you wish to spend! ... there is the option of 'Black Marble', bases! e.g. .. .. these seem to be 50 x 50mm upwards!

Hi Steve,
Old sports trophy bases - football, darts, snooker etc ask in your local charity shops or car boots.

Ron, I would ask Tubby-Nuts 1, he was much more helpful always provided links.
