This is what I like to see every now and then, Planet being open to things other than the usual resin/white metal kits. The fact that checking was required says something about the nature of Planet. Exclusiveness is a double-edge sword.

Wrong !!

Your completely wrong with your interpretation of why I checked.

The reason for "checking" was that the original post was very pic heavy ( makes demands on server space ) before I thinned it down and linked to all the pics on the site AND that the item is "pre-made" as opposed to the model kits that are featured here.... so I thought it was the _polite _ thing to do to check with the owner ( man who pay`s the bills for all this ya know ) before posting it.

Glad you liked it.

thats a beautiful head by Andy Bergholtz, and it looks like the finished product does justice to his sculpt.

the only issue I have with sideshow is that we modellers will never get the joy of painting this (or any other sideshow release) as a kit.

shame

Nice release by SS (gotta love the abbreviation...) though. Interesting angle they have taken here. e interesting to see how well it takes off.

Thanks for checking Richard ;)

I understand Michael's point as well though too! In the past folks have poo-pooed things that aren't categorically "historical 54mm resin and maybe white metal figure kits only never painted by guys with stacks of many leather bound books and whose apartments smells of rich mahogany"

;)
