Well, the book from this frontcover is collected is indeed the best source of uniforms and baners of that era. Unfortunatly I dont have my copy at hand and I cant really remeber the Regiment portrayed on that painting and if the very same Regiment where at Jacobstadt? I would like to remember however seeing an other interpetition of that flag with the same symbol and background colour, but the symbol larger and in center of the flag?

Do you have the book?
