Excitement is brewing at Bent Bristle Miniatures headquarters...

We're very pleased to announce our next release, the first of our Revolution! series - International Brigade, Spanish Civil War,1936. Sculpted by Antonio Zapatero, and box art to come from Gustavo Gil.

This figure is designed to represent the courageous foreign volunteers that traveled from across Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, and America, to fight the threat of Fascism in Spain. This figure can be painted in countless different ways, wearing a mixture of civilian and military clothing - anything they could get their hands on to take the fight to the enemy!

We were so in love with this theme, we decided to include not one, but three head choices for you! The beret and neck scarf is designed to represent a member of the Canadian Mackenzie-Papineau Brigade, but really could be anyone. We have also chosen the iconic Adrian helment, and Spanish Gorrillo sidecap.

Casts are coming soon, 50 copies available, priced at $53.95 CAD.

Amazing figure! Absolutely not my period of interest, but the figure does have that special "cool factor"... Antonio really is a super talented man. The head with beret and scarf is a work of art.
