Can't say it enough. Haven't been disappointed with the Nutsplanet busts.
Another fantastic sculpt. It's amazing how much you can progress when you don't have to worry about clean up (cast lines)!
Anyway. Started last night, and moving along.
Please comment on what you like!

Ok. Bear fur was a bugger, but happy now.
Oh no, the shield.....finally decided on a design (my own Celtic knots) after looking at many.
No stencils, just free hand, just how they would have done it.
Let me know what you think!
Also took SBS pics if anyone is interested in me doing a forum on how to achieve wood grain.

That's looking really good , like the fur and the beard

As for the shield really like the pattern very effective not too bright

SBS on the wood effects good idea then it could get put into the articles tab

Keep on going with the buds ...bet you have another in line!!

Thanks for the comment Nap. Was going for a weathered look on the shield. Still might go a little more.
If I did the SBS, it would be pretty straight forward. That's the best part, it's so easy!!
