The figure and dog are from ‘ModelCellar’, and is 1/9th. The bike is the old Revell kit.

No. This figure is made to specifically fit the 1/9 Zundapp (by ESCI, Italeri Dragon, Revell ...and whoever else re-issued it over the last 30 years). We have a second version that fits the BMW. The BMW seat and handle bars are in slightly different positions from the Zundapp. The sculptor (Kaz) modified/adjusted one of the castings to fit the BMW. The second version will be out soon.

I'm right now also building a 1/9 motorcycle, but a cross one from 1967, a Protar Greeves 360 Challenger, so a civilian model.
Motorcycles on 1/9 can be quite nice to build.
