First of all Martin happy xmas and new year, we don't get to hear from you often enough pal

I did point out the anomaly to Justin and he says he knows it was an original typeset error, the book doesn't have any missing pages but a bonus one !
It doesn't detract from the content.
I adore it as much as my Simkin's volumes.
I have pruned back and sold off many books over
the last year but this is a keeper..... big time.

Thanks for the kind comment. I generally shut up unless I've got something useful to add.
I couldn't agree more about the book mate. It's sitting next to the bench just waiting for me to find the time to make some figures from it (along with The Kaisers Army by Becker). I've promised myself that I'll make room in 2017
