Hi all,
I also finished this one today. All painted in acrylics as usual, I tried getting a few different textures on this one and added a little weathering, which turned out a bit too redish rather than brown on the photos. I'll have to adjust it tomorrow. Let me know what you think, comments and critique are most welcome.

Thanks for looking,
Andrew.

Nice and subdued Andrew, suits the period.
I bought this one at Euro but will have to buy a rasp to get the mould plugs off
and perhaps a one inch chisel:lol:

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I think it's one of my better ones, it's nice when it all comes together.

Ron, the plugs were an effort to remove, get the bolt cutters sharpened:)

Very nice all round paint job Andrew, I like the flesh tones and the way you have handled the painting of the armour, I take it the flesh is in acrylics?

Tommi

Thanks Tommi, yes all acrylics except for the metals which are Mr Metalcolour metallics.
I'd like to try oils one day but I don't think I have the patience for the drying time
