This is a must have book, the one on Artillery pieces is now in Paperback, thank goodness because the Hardback has gone up to around £200. The one on Rockets is also out of print and fetching silly money, not sure if it will be reprinted as I suspect the demand would be quite low. Another must have is the second uniform book by the same author British Army Uniforms 1751-83 if you are into 18th Century.

Keith.

I have this book, and can only echo the comments above. The illustrations are sublime.

I keep meaning to post the question regarding the accuracy, but I suspect this question has been answered above.

The only small negative (for me at least) is that it doesn't really go into any details regarding trouser and overall Stripe colours worn by individual units. That section is more generic.
