The face looks familiar to earlier works. Perhaps we a seeing something of a 'trademark' look?

Don't get me wrong. I've been practicing making heads in this scale but would not dare publish the results so far!

Superb new release, the face is just lovely.

Cant wait to see Guy's review and see the castings.

One to get for sure, even though I have the pegaso version which is similar.

Old habits are sometimes hard to break Gordy. I posted his new releases that way for years.....lol

Gotcha, I just worry my notice isn't noticeable!

This is what search engines are seeing:

The more unique the description the more love Google will give to manufacturers , more google love = more sales!

love, love, love it i will definately be getting this,i have a few things in mind to add, look forward to doing the denison smock as well, great result (y):D

What a great bust, nice job by Young.

I do have to point to the creases on the left of the neck though o_O

And to be picky the head should be canted a little to the opposite angle - inner eye goes down, outer eye goes up. I think that's universal because of the way the neck vertebrae rotate as the head is turned.

I was going to say this is the least look-alike of recent releases :cautious: Going by memory this one seems the most individual face of say the last 10 or so sculpts; even if the ears are probably very generic as they usually are, there look to be overall changes in facial structure and dimensions - short upper lip, big chin, fuller cheek area.

Einion,

Not necessarily with the neck. The cervical spine can rotate and laterally flex in both directions with either rotation , ie it can rotate left and sidebend right or left. It only becomes a problem if you want to manipulate it... then you have to rotate and sidebend in opposte directions.

Hope this helps

Stuart

This is another excellent release and great to see a British subject, one I will be adding to the collection for sure, Thanks for posting Guy and I look foward to you pictorial review of this:)

I'm with Grant. I really like the sculpting/detail of the smock, webbing and pack but the face and helmet leave alot to be desired in my eyes. Maybe it's the angle but it has more of a US para look about it. I much prefer the face/helmet of the Pegaso bust version. Far more more Brit looking, old chap:D Now can I marry the two...expensive end product;)
