Hello,

This is my very first topic here.
I'm not only a figure painter, because my main profile is AFV and Air modeling, but I have painted some figures too. In the beginning some Games Workshop figures, than some figures for my AFV's and I discovered later the wonderful world of the figure painting.
I hope I can be a good painter, but I know the way is too long and a lot of practice needed :)

Here is the nicely sculpted Barbarian guy from Scale75. I really like this figure because I played a lot Diablo 3 and this warrior is pretty similar to the Diablo3 characters.
I started with his body and I painted only the front part of it.

Very, very promising.I have absolutely no doubt that you are going to be a very good figure painter and really quickly.

Whoa, I too am just starting, but no where near your skill. You might be a natural! I like the striations and veins...very believable skin and muscles.

I continue to work on my Brock.
I hope to finish till this weekend, because we have a big international show here in Hungary on this weekend and I registered this mini to the contest :)

Damn!!!! Wish my first stat looked this good! Great blends on the skin and fur, the metals are looking very believable :) Cant wait to see the finished model.
Good luck in the comp, I don't think you need luck with a piece this good!

Slainte.
