Broken Pegaso Murat

Hi

Some time back I purchased the new 54mm mounted Murat piece. After many weeks I decided to open the box to look at the kit pieces only to discover that one of the horse legs is broken and the short pin for the ankle support is outside of the casting. Also when I hold the two pieces in place and offer it up to the base the leg is totally warped and twisted inwards.

Is Pietro the best person to talk to about this. Its a shame as the rest of it is fantastic so far.

I recently found that I had a piece missing from a Pegaso kit. I dropped Pietro a line and I had the piece within just over a week. No quibble, no hassles. A1 service.

I had a crusader knight with both back legs broken-Pietro sent me a complete horse casting to replace it-their customer service is first class. Drop him a line and I am sure it will be sorted without any problem.

Tommi I always open kits within minutes of them being delivered ,(I'm so excited I just can't hide it ) that way I can get straight onto the supplier or seller if there is a fault with the kit . After a period of time the supplier or seller could claim this is down to your miss handling but Pegaso are one of the best firms in this hobby so you should be able to get this sorted with no problems .
