Good afternoon all.

I've been meaning to post these brushes for a while now.
Nap worries about the colour of them but don't be put off.
I've been using these for 5 years now with great results.
A few things to be aware of with these brushes...
. the chisel flat points are amazing for getting into tight areas as in under lapels etc.
. they are amazing for blending in tight spots
. the various sizes you get work with all the scales we paint in
. the fan brush is especially good for wood grain effects as it is very fine on the end... a bit of paint on the hairs and you're sorted
. the fan brush can also be cut down in width to offer you as few as 5-6 hairs that work great for doing the lines around eyes and fine hairs on beards etc.
On the down side
. I find that the brushes keep the shape and edge for about 5-6 figures/busts then you can use them for different larger areas
. the points on the very fine brushes are no where near good enough to do eyes etc as they tend to bend under pressure...but they are not completely useless either.
I've found that these brushes have saved me trying to use my Series 7 brushes for blending etc in tighter areas which really breaks down the fine points quickly.
At the cost of £2.30 delivered give them a go and I'll bet a weeks painting time you'll be sold on them. I never mind throwing them away due to the fact that I've only paid about 20 pence for one.
Pictures are worth a thousand words, so judge the results yourself.
By the way, This company is the best price I have found for them and they are UK based. Don't bother trying to save a few pennies with a Chinese distributor... as mentioned, they are cheap enough to throw away and not worry about it.
Keep painting and have fun.
Cheers from sunny Cumbria.
