Burr Elm

Just acquired A piece of Burr Elm Which I managed to get three bits out of
this stuff doesn't come up that often , it is unfinished at the moment and just rough sanded
but will take a fantastic polish . Dimensions :75x80x 60mm Approx but could be stood on end also.

Every modeler should have a piece of this stuff , even just to admire the complexity of the wood and just fondle every now and then .
