Guys,

This is my latest project.... SEIL 200mm bust "SS Armoured Crew - 1944".

The chest piece assembled

The kit comes with 2 head. One head sculpted with an eye patch as show on the box art. Another one with healthy 2 eyes. Maybe this is my first time handling white metal parts and I have no experience handling them which causes some "damages" (dented nose tip and chin as shown on Pict A) on the first head (the one I prefer with an eye patch) ... sigh!!
Then I've no choice to go with the 2nd head (with healthy eyes) and start painting using vallejo... Note the painting progressing on Pict B....
Then I've made a decision to add the eye patch myself with epoxy putty (Pict C).

Pict D more painting progress and Pict D face painting completed with based coated cap glue on.

Great, i really like the way you painted the bust.
Dented nose tips i know everything about that, and i'm sure most off us also. Some milliput or another putty and let that harden. Smooth it with sandpaper 800 -1200 even smaller and you end up with a new nosetip.
So, don't throw away the sparehead.
