Greetings to you all!

I come from Greece and I ve been building airplane models for many years now. I am currently deployed in Afghanistan, and since i cant live without modelling, I thought it would be a great idea to try and paint some figures...This is my second attempt actually...

Thank you for the hospitality...

Welcome to the Planet F, Dimitris !
You are right to say that modelling is a vital element for all us the modellers.
I like the eyes of the archer. Try to put more shadows to the lower and covered from the zenithal light parts of the miniature and more lights to the upper ones.

Thank you so much for the welcome Theodoros...And I really thank you for all the advice!

Welcome to the PF Dimitri, nice work for second attempt, keep painting you are in the right way and safe return to your home.

Welcome Dimitris, to Planet Figure. And first of all, as a person in military
service on Foreign Shores, I want to thank you. You have my highest
respect, young soldier.

You're off to a good start, and I am very impressed with the face/eyes
and what you have done so far. All your years of building aircraft models
seems to have paid off. I started with aircraft plastic models and have been
building them for over 30 years; getting into figure painting/minor converting
for about four and a half years now.

The Planeteers are a very nice group of ladies and gentlemen. And all are so
helpful to any person who seeks help. I am proud to be a part of this group.
And I hope that you will feel the sincerity in the responses from everyone.

Welcome! :)

Very nice Dimitris! (y)(y)(y) The only thing I might do is add more contrast to the shadows and highlights. (But sometimes the photo washes out the figure, so ignore the last comment if this is the case. :))

Stay safe!
