Here is Phil Walden's latest project
A retreat to Corunia piece of a Capt of the 95th Rifles
he is awaiting the last of his rearguard to get to him to tell them to keep harassing the french to save the Regts
120mm original sculpt
lots of details but som civilian things added

Phil you're killing me!!! I have to wait months to see this in the flesh! Looking good as always would go well with my other Rifles figure Phil did for me. Jim
 
Morning Jim, Ben,..how are you both, thanks for the good thoughts..
As one can see he's not regulation,heavy French cavalry sword, more of a civilian style riding coat and a clogg on his bad foot..
The idea came from the painting by J .P. Beadle's ''The Rear-Guard" snow cold French bad place to be..
Must thank the spare parts box the best tool a figure folk can have..

Fantastic Phil(y)(y)(y),you've done a top rate job on this fella.Saw some of these 95th uniforms back in September when I was in the UK and Europe. 95th Rifles is one of my favorite British Regiments,especially the period of the Napoleonic Wars.Looking forward to see him painted.
