Thats an interesting view Del "your painting technique works well with Napoleonic " Think you have a point there and these figures need a different approach especially in 54mm which Edorta captures well.

I think that the reflexion that Derek did is very interesting. I usually paint figures of any historical period, and I have noticed that in some cases, unconsciously somehow, I change a bit my way of work, depending in the figure, for example when I paint a barbarian or a napoleonic hussar.

Thank you clrsgt. There are many products in the market to simulate the snow, I used Andrea artficial snow but there are others like Micro Balloons, by Deluxe Materials.
