Since he's an officer, the better quality clothing seemed appropriate.
I've considered him at the start of his appointment, No doubt he'd get more drab as the campaign proceeded.

Rob's range is diverse and suits my eclectic choice in figures / busts (The Cavalier and Vyvyan [the Young Ones] are also on my bench).
