hi!
this a project started a while ago which took me some time to finish.
Simple , but lovely flat tin edited by the AFCFEF french association.
I just love the alltogether attitude, with the officer on the left and the trompette on the right.

exclusively oil painted, even the metal painted in MNM trompe-l'oeil style.
As you all know Carabiniers were famous for riding black horses (apart from the trompette with its traditionnal white horse).
So I tried varying the black on both horses.

Bear in mind we are dealing with 40mm figs.

hope you like it...

Marc

I recently bought my first flats and am impressed by your paint work. I like this set very much.

Cheers

This is really beautiful work - congratulations!

I have this wonderfully produced flat in my backlog as well, hopefully I will have results close to this.
