Hello guys,
My name is Gennady Danshin, I live in Sochi, Russia – future “capital” of the Winter 2014`s Olympic Games. I’m sculptor, founder and owner the CASTELLUM Miniatures firm, which will be put on the figure market resin kit military figures in 90 and 75 mm scales, both foot and mounted. Here is my first commercial resin figure – Feldwebel (Sergeant Major), Grouzinski Grenadier Regiment of the Caucasian Separate Corps, Russian Imperial Army, the Caucasus, 1850.

Will be a series of infantry soldiers’ figures of main XIX Cent’s. Powers, named as “Soldiers on campaigns: Colonial and “small” wars of the XIX Century”.
I’m mistakenly having placed a release on my first commercial figure in “Sculpting” theme of this forum. I’m sorry for it!
Price of the 90 mm Russian Feldwebel figure is 35$ US, P&P are included. There are colour box and very detailed painting instruction in English.
Should anyone will like to purchase the figure – write me, please, to Private Messages.
Best regards,
Gennady Danshin.

Hi Gennady, very nice figure for starters, I like the pose, it reminds me of the old Roll Call figures of the 90's, what else is there planned ?

Thanks for posting,RobH.;)

Hi Rob! Thanks for your approving comment on my figure’s job.
In this “Soldiers on campaigns” series are will be the next figures: British private of the 13th Somerset Light Infantry c.1845 - Baluchistan, North West India; Grenadier of the French Foreign Legion, 1847 - Algeria; Flanker infantryman of the KNIL (Royal Netherlands East Indian Army) - the Java War, 1830; Infantry Sergeant Major of the Regular United States Army - Mexican-American War 1846-48; private infantryman of the Mexican Army - on the same war; Austrian Feld-Jager - raids in Bosnia and Montenegro, and the War against Piedmont, 1848.
I would like to sculpt a Spanish infantryman too, but I haven’t information on the uniforms.
