Not quite but you know what I mean .......
In preparation for a downsizing a few years from now I've started to reduce the 2,000 + books on all sorts of subjects I've collected over the years.
I'm keeping my history books and ones like Mike Taylors' Flat Tin Figures, Battle Honours etc, but decided to get rid of my magazine collection of over 300 Figurines, Soldatini, Euro Modellismo and my remaining Military Modelling Specials (got shot of the regular issues a few years ago).
I decided not to look through any of them or I'd end up keeping most and only phoned a couple of people locally as the sheer weight makes postage impractical.
What a relief a real weight off my shoulders metaphorically and literally.......... WWW Rules (y)

If you have any Medieval stuff knocking about you want to get rid of at S&L just sayin'. . .

I just can not throw books ... in fact, I keep buying. I think I have more than 6,000 volumes in the house, but not enough shelves and several boxes with drawings, postcards, etc ..

Too bad that you're in Scotland .... a van I could rent it :)

If you have something in French or Spanish ... or drawings ;)

Some things you haven't played with for 12 months you can't get rid of Mick

Yes I agree mate but believe me its a great starter for ten.
If you do this you will be surprised how little you have left in the stay pile.
Then as long as you dont go back to square one you can cherry pick a few items.
Go on give it a try.
