Gents,
Here it is painted. Oils, acrylics and printers inks with a touch of pigments on the base. Figure is 75mm cast in resin.

Guys,
Thank you so much for the kind words. Much appreciated since it was an "express" project (in a sense) in comparison to how long my other pieces usually take.
It also required a fair ammount of digging around for sources in order to represent the colours as historically accurately as possible.
Polish nobility of that period wore Turkey and Tartar influenced and styled garments which just overflew with reds and golds.

Beautiful figure Arthur!

Excellent job on the colours.I don't think i've painted that many colours in my entire modelling history, including Figures, Armour and Aircraft:D , well done.

Cheers,
Jeff.

Hi Artur,

Very colorful and neat. Well done. Keep it up

Allan,
Thank you.
That period of Poland's history is full of colorful and unusaul uniforms. Sculpturers and manufacturers are slowly filling the void but there is a lot more than just the "winged Hussars" ;)

Cheers,
A.

Impressive painting on the good sculpture - nice to see!
Only a cannoball looks like it's going to roll down from the base. Maybe it would be better to add small piece of 'ground' near the cannoball like it lie on a plain surface?
