Not a subject I'm into as such but another clean, crisp sculpt from Moz, he really captures something in all of his work.
Mind you, he was probably there as he is very old now ;)

Wonderful figure Moz, really superb. I just have to add this to my list for Sword and Lance if it will be rady by then.

By the way Moz did you know you made a mistake with the cloak????????? You know that piece of cloth you can throw over your shoulder in almost any fashion!
In future please refer to Old Grumbler and Johan before you do a sculpt. (that will avoid so many mistakes) You know I'm kidding Moz, just getting so fed up of Bill and Ben and their never ending complaints.

This figure has really caught my imagination ...never been tempted to attempt a Zouave before but looking forward to having a go at this.....another cracking figure from Moz.....cheers

Thanks all for the kind comments, it is certainly an area that I am looking to explore further and was great to plan with Moz and see finished, I'm well pleased :))))
Like I said there are a few tweaks to be done and the little additions before I cast and will post once released.
Kind regards
Graham
Hello Gra....any chance of anything from the foreign legion in traditional Beau Geste garb in the future in 120mm.....this figure looks a cracker and can't wait to have a crack at it.....

Thanks all, the first test casts came out last night so I am looking at announcing release next week, I will post in the section.
I do like the Foreign Legion idea :)
I will be at sword and lance and will make sure I have plenty of stock for those interested :)
Moz tweaked it slightly after the proto pictures and I think everyone will like the changes :), when released I will show new pictures
Very best wishes and thanks again

Hi Graham, I understand that my friend Kevin is going to try and call on you at the weekend, as he is visiting his brother in the West Country. Is there any chance he can , on my behalf , bring back one of your superb Zouaves for me? He will pay you, or you can invoice me direct. I know you must be busy with them, and if it means I have to wait then fair enough, but would appreciate it if you do have a spare one. Kindest Regards.

Hi Waterman,
Yes no problem, I have messaged you my details and if Kevin can give me a call no problem if he is close or passing Exeter.
Best wishes
Graham

Thank you for that Graham, I have managed to get hold of him, he will ring you before he comes over. Kind Regards Pete.

Hi Graham, my friend Kevin, has just popped round with my Zouave. He said that he enjoyed meeting you, and how you gave him a bit of a tour and explained the different sequences that you go through to produce a figure. He was very impressed, so much so that he ended up spending a bit more than he originally intended, I thought he would once he got there. I must thank you for sending this one back, and I must say it looks even better than it does in the photos. I look forward to more of your new releases as they become available. Many Thanks, Pete.
