Is your Chasseur line or Garde, the latter is a bit darker if you look in the reference section above the adds ,look in the museum part, there are plenty of
french greens there all real so you can't go wrong.
Permanent green deep W/N is a good starting point for your mid tone.

You could try this, it worked for my Chausseur a Cheval. Colours are Vallejo acrylics...
Chasseur Green:
Base- 970 Deep green + 875 Beige brown + 950 Black
Highlight- Base + 970 Deep green + 955 Matt flesh
Shade- Base + 950 Black
Red:
Base- 908 Carmine red
Highlight- 908 Carmine red + 845 Sunny skin tone
Shade- 908 Carmine red + 926 Red
These Mixes worked well for me, hope it helps for your project.

I painted a chasseur recently in acrylics (see my vBench). Andrea do a colour called Napoleonic Green which I used for the dolman. Add black and white to the mix to shade and highlight.
