'Cherokee' by Carl Reid ~ Stormtroopers miniatures

Painted this one a little while back now. First of Carls work I've worked on. Tremendous sculpt. Hopefully I did it some justice!

I did do my own research into the clothing, skin tones and native American art etc (check out Robert Griffing)
.. but in the end didn't stray too far from the box art by Sang Eon Lee. I just studied that.


This was painted for Scale Scotland 2023 but didn't make the journey at the last minute unfortunately.
And still not been to a model show!

The hawkeye will notice I haven't painted the sash. I tried it several times but wasn't happy with the results.
I have a bear claw pattern I think I can pull off and be happy with.
It's on the to do list we'll say.

So not a completed figure!

I did get one with the kit. I remember it now that you mention it.
I'll need to check for that!! Eek!
