Is this authentic armor from Tang dynasty?
Or a movie prop?

Thanks Guys
Spend the last whole sculpting the scales in the armor. Will post some update the next few days

Chinese Warrior Bust - New Pic

Hi All, here's some update for current progress.
Took me quit a while to get the scales on the Armor right.
The Kylin(mythical hooved Chinese chimerical creature ) belt buckle looks bit funny at this moment might need to resculpt it in the near future.

Hope everyone like this. Any suggestion are more than welcome :)

Leo,
I think you have a good start so far but one thing really stands out for me. This being a bust, I've always felt the face is one of the most important features, despite the subject. With the pose you have going, and the way his face/gaze is pointed so far downward, you don't have an opportunity to look this little fellow in the eyes. I might suggest making the pose face the viewer more straight-on. It might be too late now, but I would keep it in mind for future projects.
