Roger, that weather forecast is like a day at the beach, wait till it gets rough.
On a cargo ship in the North Sea we slowed down and changed course to eat Christmas dinner, then back on course and speed back to the nightmare. Lots of rough Christmas dinners on supply boats but ever so much nicer when I moved to rigs. Sadly after enjoying the North Sea or a while (British Dutch and Norwegian sectors) I was moved out to Singapore, all that sunshine wearing only boots and shorts it was just a nightmare as I am sure you will understand.
Now the place is just a bad memory and I take my hat off to the boys still out there. Should be home for next Christmas though, unless you move.

Cheers Don, although it's blowing a gale and Christmas dinner looks like a no goer I'm focusing on the fact that there's a lot of people around the world much worse off than us here.
