Standing behind him is a soldier of Plastiras' own regiment, 5/42 Regiment of Evzones, known to the Turks as Şeytan Asker. (Satans Army).

Absolutely fantastic Rog.You have captured Plastiras prfectly. From his dark complexion to his austere and determined personality. The lovely painted evzone frames Yildirim(as he was known to the Turks, meaning thunder) very good. The minimal base with excellent representation of the vast desert of the interior of Anatolia where so much of the fighting took place, serves to bring the subject to life even futher.I also like the controlled and very well balanced weathering.Stunning work my friend!

Oda.
