Color suggestions Jeff Shiu figure

Dear friends of PF.
I'm looking for information about colour reference of this fellow.
As far as know, he is wearing US army trousers and poncho.
I paint with oils over acrylic or enamel color.

I bought it to my friend, he has the figure for a while, and He decide to buy it. Some pieces lose.
