Hi Guys.

Not actually completed anything for a while, but finally got round to finishing up this chap.

It's the Verlinden figure, painted mostly in Vallejo acrylics...

Still need to perfect the skill of skintones, but I'm getting there.

Good work all round, lovely smooth blending. Could I suggest a bit more dust on the boots to tie it into the base? Great stuff.

Very tidy painting, needs a bit of realism with scuffs, dirt etc. Second last picture looks like model is not vertically straight, maybe just me.

First class paint job, but could do with a touch more weathering. I suspect the African veldt was hot and sandy.

Hi Mark,
Nice job on this Verlinden classic, very neat and crisp. I have a couple of these and have always thought it has great potential for converting. The only thing I would change would be the colour of the chevrons as he is a Colour Sergeant.
