there are loads of german busts facing forward. Check out the manufacturers web sites, you migt want to start with Andrea or Youngs.
If you particularly like this one it should be relatively easy to convert to forward facing by cutting through and re-modelling the neck, don't forget to 'square up' the shoulders, again simple enough to reposition on the plinth.

hi derek, i'm knew to the idea of sculpting and so i was trying to make the job as simple as i can. the idea is to cover the face of the figure with a gasmask/ respirator based on the images i have seen from iron sky. what i have done is ti purchase the figure below that is listed on the ebay link although i didnt buy it from ebay.
i hope to alter it, although i dont have a clue on how to do it so i'm trying to plan it all out in my head first.
