Does it come with a CS belt buckle or do you have to alter this one to CS?
Hello
I understand that Pete sculpted this piece wearing a union belt plate as it was common practice by the southern forces who had very little equipment and took what they could get hold of.

Great pose, I really like this one, this one could be painted in any mix of uniform, as you said Gordon, the Confederates wore anything they could get hold of due to short supplies of clothing equipment & weapons, they were a mix of Confederate, Union and civilian kit they really were a ragbag army from before Gettysburg and to the end of the Civil War.
Cheers
Jim

Be as easy to just use a dab of Miliput and fill the buckle if it bothers you that much, as has been mentioned the Confederates were in rag order for most of the war and would wear/use anything they could get.

A few months ago I bought this beautiful figure from Maurice Corry.
Too bad that I ordered and paid for two, but I received only one!
Although I had been promised that I would be sent the second or get your money back, but I never received anything .....
However, I would recommend this really figure, because the sculpture is very nice indeed.
