Hello friends,
I´ve finished my confederate standard bearer.
Some words to the figure: it´s is a modification of a 70mm figure from Alexander Miniatures.
The inspiration for it was the color bearer of Don Troiani.
I hope you like it.

Greetings
Günther

VERY nice Gunther,

Like Gordon said, Nice contrasts! I like the changes that you made.

I like the pole and the difference in colors that you used while making the entire piece in "butternut".

Hello friends,
thanks a lot for your nice comments.
Tom: You are right, 13 stars are correct. But sometimes it were 12 like the Mississippi Infantry.
The sculptor of the figure made 12 and therefore I also painted 12.
Thamks for you help.
Greetings, Günther

Correct - in fact quite a few Confederate flags only display 12 stars.
