Very nicely done. Solid painting paricularly like the work on the uniform.
Only observation is perhaps a stronger contrast between flesh and hair colours.
Keep it going.

...... but still cannot figure out how to post a picture with the image the right way up.

I loaded your photo into MS Paint and rotated it.

It works alright if you just click on the thumbnail, but if you open it in a new tab, it just flops it the other way.

thanks andrew, no matter what i try i always end up with the pictures on their side, probably telling me thats the best way to view them!!!
