Brilliant concept Stephen and you must have the patience of a saint.
Love the paint job.
Only criticism you picked the wrong navy!!!!!!!

Thanks guys for your positive feedback

Micheal, thanks also for the reference. I can't help notice that from the pictures you provided I'm very close. And for someone as 'ignorant' of ships as I am that is close enough:):):):). But I can understand your sentiment towards naval subjects. It's like me seeing a guard grenadier wearing a pink jacket :):):):).

Thanks guys

Keith, the original idea was by the collector but it was very vague so we took the idea and expanded it from there

Ciao Steve
very nice job as usual. I like the idea to post eveything in only one shot...so nobody can argue about this or that...it's already done.....great as usual.

Congratulations stephen on a wonderful piece of work, the whole scene is just perfect, what did you use for the rigging and fixings ?,are these scratch built or comercialy available ?,many thanks for posting (y)

Thanks Brian. The ropes are made of copper wire. The fixings are commercially available. Just found some from a model ship store that suited the bill
