Im 99% sure that the guy on ebay known as Andy Punshion is Maurice Correy.
Is there some way he can be blacklisted???

if you are not concerned, why post?

Craig has every right in the world to ask why. There are some new people (members) who are not aware of Maurice and his past tricks. Craig never stated whether he was concerned or not.....he was just asking why!

Yes, actually I am concerned, I do have an outstanding order with a vendor for one of his products. And you are using a public forum to speak about someone that a number of people have done and are thinking about doing business with.

Thank you

Craig

Mr. Baldwin this is a painful subject for many of our UK members who have been friends with Mr. Corry; you can research the issue on this site but suffice to say Mr. Corry's business practices as a dealer in his own work were less than satisfactory; if you have a dealer who has his sculpts in stock you should have no worries as the problem was dealing with him direct.

I didn't mean to sound terse towards you but Steve's post says it all!!
No doubt, like a bad penny, he will turn up again as Guy said, there are a lot of new members for him to rip!

To all it may concern :
I had excellent dealings with Corry, .... until he released the last figure he sold via e-bay ... I paid for one, and he was very friendly and even promised to include an extra optional part, but he never ever sent the figure, and never replied to my messages ... I guess I'll never see my money back or my figure kit ...

His two commemorative Falklands War figures (British para and Argentine marine) are for me personally still the best 1/15 scale figure kits of modern soldiers - superbly sculpted and well researched by someone who obviously had first hand information on the subject(Corry served in the British army himself in the '80ies I believe).

But no matter how good a sculptor he is, he's a naughty boy !!

Who is he working for these days I wonder ?

Hi guys ,
This saga continues , all of us are aware of Mr C's previous history , the work he did has become "wanted" ...great sculptor he is but maybe all this posting traffic is fuelling the image ........
Johan ,
From a post recently it looks like a Maurice Correy has sculpted for Thunderbird Miniatures releases due in March (a 120mm US marine) ..all nice stuff as well , hopefully Mark Minderman from Thunderbird Miniatures has everything under control .

I served in the British Army (Black Watch) in the eighties also. If he carried on then as he has been lately he would not have laeted very long. Thiefs were not liked in any regiment. I also had the same problem about not getting my figure from him after he had my money. Thanks to paypal i got my money back. It was just after that when his name dissapeard from ebay and this Andrew Punsion appeared. Same person i think.
Barrie.
