Not so bad, but, I guess you should have add more shadows and lights, for the moment, it's a bit too "plane"...Adding contrast will give more intensity on your mini!!!

But I not so love contrast shadows on figures because they do not give to a figure of realism. Therefore I try to do them as it is possible more smoothly and not so strongly pronounced.

If you like the way you paint at the moment, keep painting.
But i also was a admirer of not so heavy contrast. At the moment í like the contrast on figures. It will give you a more 3D effect at a surtain distance from your eye. You have also more form and color on a figure with more contrast.
So, i think you should consider it to do more contrast.
