A 90mm figure from Artist preservation Group and sold by El Greco.
Painted in acrylics, inks and oils, my figure represents a soldier from company H, 4th United States (regular) infantry in early 1862. I have to wait to get into town to get some artist chalks and add some dust and dirt.

That is really, really good Bob. Although I was looking at the pictures thinking "maybe a bit more weathering...." and then I read your comment! This is a real cracker, some weathering will be the finishing touch.

Like a fine wine, Bob, your painting skills are improving with age. No doubt about it. His eyes are worth the entrance fee alone, along with your rendering of the black leather work. Superb, mate. (y)

Fabulous work Bob, very nicely detailed. Loving the trousers the shadows and highlights are spot on.

Thank you all for the kind words, I am really pleased how this one has turned out. The blue have been highlighted with the use of makeup sponges, which really give a fine texture, who ever suggested this, thank you, I read it here on PF/
These were my references.
