A bit hard to see.....the pictures are quite blurry.

From what I can see, I like your skintone, but I'd suggest to add some darker shades. Around the eyes and under the chin particularly.

Based on what can be made out on your photos I agree with Adrian. Nonetheless, looks like your going in the right direction and will have loads of cool details to play with.
