Crimean Highlander help!

Good evening from rainy Cumbria.
I picked up this bust a while ago and I assume it's suppose to be Blackwatch from the Crimea. If I'm wrong please feel free to tell me so.
My Q for the bust is what are the colours on the shoulder decorations, the collar and the hatband?
I have found a few references online but please feel free to tell me what you think. I'm not overly bothered if it's not 100% correct but I don't want to make a pigs ear of it.
