Andy, I think I'm going to sell off some things the way you're doing it instead of thru Ebay. I've been reading a lot of scary stuff about Paypal so I'll be done doing business that way once my current auctions are over.~Gary

Hi Gary

What have you read about PayPal?
I gather there can be problems with chargebacks and stuff, but so far my wife and I have had no problems. In fact, I use PayPal to take payments from things on the list!!

The biggest problem is how much they charge to accept CC or non-US payments. We minimize this by maintaining two accounts. One for transfers only, the other for all kinds of payments.

Anyway, I prefer to see what trades/sales turn out on the specialist sites, where there is noone to take a percentage, then whatever's left goes up on eBay when I have the time to take pictures, make descriptions etc!

Cheers
Andy
