customer service award to Young Miniatures

I was working on the Young Miniatures Stormtrooper bust and lost all the little resin belts that are the rifle sling and shovel strap.. I e-mailed the company explaining I had lost the parts and wanted to buy new ones. I received a very nice e-mail back stating the Young Miniatures would send me free of charge replacement parts, Nice guys do finish first.
