Very sad and awful indeed. I think he was relatively young!
Ever since I read his book (which I struggled at the time to find in English), and to which I return from time to time for reference, I had this little fantasy of meeting him in person in one of the international shows, just to say how much I respect his work and enjoyed his book. Sadly, it won't happen...
