I just got this in the mail from Red Lancers. Words fail me. Sculpting, casting, packaging, everything is as good as it can get. Literally. I find rifle slings a pain in the hiney to scratch and the PE that come with the kit are a great touch. My thanks and congratulations to all involved in the development and production of this piece of art.

Now that I am a bit recovered from opening this kit, (WOW!!) I have to suggest more. Any of the Deeds would be welcome. I have wanted to do a vignette or diorama around the fight at Hlobane during the Zulu war for a while. At the peak of the battle the Zulu trapped a number of cavalrymen on top of the flat-topped mountain that gives the battle its name. They cut off the way down and closed in, ultimately pushing several mounted men over the sheer cliffs that made up the mountain. This would be stupendous in miniature. An alternative would be Sir Redevers Buller rescuing an unhorsed officer while fighting off the impi's with his pistol. WANT MORE!
