Hi all, just a little bug bare from an old Armour forum i was on, i once made a dio of a ww1 trench scene modelled roughly on course work for school, using ref pics and text from that came up with a scene of carnage resulting in the tank going over several troops, nothing gorey or sick in the dio its self just bits sticking out, having been one of my "what i thought" best dio's at the time, when posted i was told i was sick for thinking up such a thing, (although it was based on ref's) and told there was no place for it in "armour" modelling,....Now after just watching Ironclad (which i must say really liked) it got me thinking and in the mood for bloodthirst :sneaky:
im planning on depicting a "messy" scene, on a small dio and obviously if all goes well i'll be showing on here.... would that be an issue at all?....cheers Mark

Well, it depends a little bit on how messy you mean.
When you think about it, it's actually quite strange that one gets negative crits for depicting someone dead or dying, but not for depicting the soldiers causing the dying. Even when these are SS men.
In brief, it's your hobby and you should build as you please. What's sick and what's not is a matter of taste, as long as you stick to miniatures and don't put things to practice... ;)
